  1. As you relax more and more only positive emotion can be felt. Letting go as you have to surrender to sleep, you do the same with your emotions. The more you let go, the more calmer and peaceful you become. Give the dreamcatcher permission to drawn in these emotions as you sleep, let them go. As you experience softer, warmer and relaxing sleep you start to feel heavier and heavier. Drifting downwards deeper and deeper. Slowly but surely gently falling asleep.
    • Really be there. If your attention is somewhere else, thinking about your next appointment, errand or meal, of course you won’t find silence. To meditate, your intention must be clear and free of other obligations.
